Kaylie Brand, RD, LD
Kaylie has a wide variety of experience working as a dietitian with people from all walks of life. She has developed plans and recommendations for professional sports teams, college athletic departments, grocery stores, grade school students, hospital patients, and more. In other words ... no matter what your goals are for eating healthier or weight management, Kaylie has the experience to work with you and find solutions.
Background and Education
Kaylie earned her bachelor's degree (with honors) in dietetics. She then trained for a year in a dietetic internship that provided a framework for diverse experiences and on-the-job learning. She is a member of the Collegiate & Professional Sports Dietitians Association and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Kaylie approaches each person as an individual – a perfect fit for the personalized care that sets Minnesota Women's Care apart from other providers. About her views, she says;
"Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to provide updated research on a variety of nutrition education topics and work with individuals to help create sustainable nutrition goals that fit their lifestyle. I believe that everyone deserves to have a healthy relationship with food."

Kaylie is active in all kinds of sports activities and is a dance choreographer.
